Refund policy

We appreciate your trust in Natsumi Skincare. Because our products are personal-use skincare items, this policy is designed to ensure safety, quality control, and a smooth customer experience.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened items.

This ensures every customer receives fresh, untouched products.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will gladly replace the item or offer store credit, depending on the situation.


3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing but marked delivered:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check alternative delivery locations

  • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

If the package still does not appear, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.


4. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel an order, please reach out immediately.

Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.


5. Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivity

All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and conducting patch tests before use.

Natsumi Skincare is not responsible for:

  • Adverse reactions

  • Skin sensitivity

  • Allergic responses

Always discontinue use if irritation occurs.


6. Refunds for Approved Cases

If your refund is approved (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), you will receive:

  • A refund to your original payment method or

  • Store credit (depending on the situation)

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
