1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer domestic shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)

Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Natsumi Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Natsumi Skincare is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Lost orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [your support email].
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assist you in resolving the issue.


6. International Shipping

At this time, Natsumi Skincare only ships within the United States.
(If you plan to offer international shipping later, I can update this section.)


7. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is listed as a pre-order:

  • Your payment is processed immediately

  • Your order will ship once the item becomes available

You will be notified of any delays.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.


8. Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Severe weather

  • High-volume seasons

  • Inventory shortages
